USA Hockey Rosters	ASAP, but no later than December 31st, 2011*
Screening Forms	October 15th, 2011
Player Movement/ Addition Forms	Prior to playing new player
Score sheets	Posted on website by Tues. following game, then mail.
Game Misconduct Report	Within 48 hours of game
Scholarships	February 28th, 2012

*  Even though you have until 12/31/11 to submit rosters, you need to send them in ASAP so that your games will count toward District eligibility
